The assignment will require the consultant to support HSDI with a robust health reform communication process preparing the stakeholders for effective implementation of reforms under HSDI. It is envisaged that 2 persons with a minimum of 5 years experience in related areas would be required. EOIs should be submitted in the prescribed format given below along with the Terms  of Reference . Completed EOIs ( one printed copy and one soft copy in a CD ) should be submitted   by 16:00 hrs on 27 December  2006 at the above mentioned address with envelopes marked with assignment name. Groups which pass the pre-selection process will be invited to submit detailed proposals.
