A major attraction was the poster presentations from the districts of West Bengal. In an endeavour to highlight best practices from the districts and also encourage their active participation, districts were asked to prepare posters of the innovative things done at the district level and below to ensure better results and services. They were asked to highlight the process, result and sustainability of their innovative practices. Three districts later presented their posters before the wider audience.
